I’m a professional chef with more than 30 years’ experience. I have worked in world-class restaurants, private homes, luxury chalets and villas.
My culinary skills have been influenced by my classical training as well as extensive travel through India, Asia and Australasia. Life in the iconic ski town of Chamonix Mont-Blanc in France has played its part too.
I established Massif Cuisine after selling my successful Asian fusion restaurant, Alan Peru. Today I work as a personal chef. I enjoy serving delicious food to guests in their luxury chalets in the winter and holiday villas in the summer.
I cook from the heart and am driven by my desire to create fresh, exciting and vibrant menus. Passionate in my pursuit of flavour I always strive to find the best ingredients.
